Original review “Two problems. 1- earlier version was less thick, which I prefer. 2- I bought this one a couple months ago and it evolved these super small ant like bugs. The old container, still containing product, sitting next to the new container didn’t have the ants. You might think “oh it came from the dogs paws”? Well no. I personally like using it on some of my own rough parts. The new container never touched the dog. Only me. So, I am thinking a bad patch of this stuff.”

Wife use it on the dog for a walk in winter. She thinks it’s helps the paws.

Excellent product, the quality is excellent and works pretty well. My dog always eats it but... its a dog, what can I expect.

Exactly as advertised

Seems to work well to keep snow balls from forming on the paws. Helps condition the feet, and HUMAN hands too haha Lasting reasonably well. Will purchase again when needed.

This stuff is Great, I got a tiny sample somewhere, it lasted So long, and works so well! I won't lie , I use it on my own skin too. Dry lips, hands, anything? Voila! 😆

my dog's paws look much healthier after applying it regularly before runs and walks during winter. I may use it through summer too.

I got this product a week ago, used it every day on his paws during the cold week. My dog had very dry pads with cracks in them but now they are very soft and look really healthy.I’m impressed and would buy this again.

I’m really impressed with the Dr. Maggie Paw Protector! It made my dog’s paws incredibly smooth and moisturized. This product is decent. My dog doesn't enjoy it though and just tries to lick it off immediately. Not the products fault though! It is quite hard at room temp so not always easy to get a good amount of the balm to work into the dogs paw, but I appreciate the quantity and am happy enough with it

Use it on my cat's paw. Moisturizing.

I liked this. The consistency makes it a little bit harder to apply. However, once applied the effects visible pretty quickly. And this is after my dog immediately started licking it off once I put it on

I find this works so well keeping our dogs paws from getting cracks from the cold, snow and ice

Dr. Maggie's has gotten more consistent in their texture and it's been easier to apply to my dog's paws than it was in the past. I have had to throw out half jars because the product would harden to the point where you couldn't get it out of the jar, but the last few jars have been very spreadable.

My mom’s little dog who will not wear boots, will allow this on his feet. It provides a good barrier from salt. He does not lift his paws with pain from salt when he has this product on his feet.

Can't keep it on our pup she will licks it off, need to get her some socks :)

My pup Khaleesi has very rough paws. I use a stick balm on her from time to time but not as effective.As soon as i put this cream on her i was amazed how quickly it worked and how effective it is. Her paws are so much better still a little rough but way softer we do it every few days it really makes a difference. Also i bought little booties to stop her from licking it off and that helps for two mins before she wants them off but it helps the cream to absorb it a bit.

When we remember to use it it works great

In the winter my dog had dry cracked paws I put the cream on and it worked great! Fast forward to summer and I’m hanging around the pool walking on concrete all day and I get dry cracked heels that were hurting me when I walked. I said if it’s good for my dog it’s good for me so I put some on my feet that night with socks the next day I woke and my feet had 100% improvement. This stuff worked better then o’keefes

Our Golden Retriever was having problems outside this winter and his paws were getting frosty and he was tippy toeing everywhere so we bought this and now he is flipping and flopping and running for much longer periods of time outside in the harshness of the deep cold winter. Buy and be happy.

During the big snow fall my dog collapsed in the middle of the street crosswalk 2 days in a row. After I received this product we were able to walk over an hour with no problems. Highly recommended!!!!

The price was good.

My dog wears boots below -20, and they don't salt where I live, but it's so dry that her foot pads have cracked in years past. This stuff is hard until it warms, which lets me spread a rather thick coating on if I want to. I do it before our walk and by the time we're back there's no grease prints tracked in the house. My dog seems completely indifferent to it, doesn't sniff at it or pay any attention to it which to me is the best part of all

I have a Dane and his paws get worn out quickly, but within 2 uses I seen a complete difference. He doesn’t really like people touching his paws, but even he likes this product so much he lets me apply it with no fuss.

Gave it a 5 star in flavour because my dog seems to love the taste lol luckily, it is a natural product!I saw immediate results after starting to use this product. My pups paw pads are so dry, they have deep cracks and we have sandy soil, so overall my dog is irritated and sore.In less than 24 hours, and 4 applications, his pads look and feel (to my touch) significantly better. He is still sore but I believe in a couple of days he will have like-new paw pads.Thr ointment is pretty hard, more like a balm, but it melts quickly.I'll definitely order again.

A bit hard to use and stains carpet surfaces.

Une fois par jour pour une semaine après aux besoins ses patte sont redevenu souple et douce et sont plus résistantes aux températures froides, la pâte forme un film protecteur aux cousinnet excellent produit en plus mon chien l'adore!!! Il est complètement fou de joie quand il aperçoit le pot!!!
